What is LEAPS?

LEAPS (Local Entrepreneurs Accelerated by Professional Services) is an initiative by ACE Enterprise Park to streamline the deliverance of professional services such as accounting, branding and design, digital marketing & social media, IT Set up/support, sales, legal, photography & videography, or other services that a start-up business may require. 

The LEAPS Program will make the journey of starting your own business a more enjoyable experience for the entrepreneur whilst allowing them to form professional relationships with the service providers in the LEAPS Program.

LEAPS Programme is developed by ACE Enterprise Park and offers Professional Services based in South Dublin County Dublin a pipeline of potential clients. LEAPS was created to fill a gap that currently exists in the entrepreneur landscape of supports for aspiring and early stage start-ups in South County Dublin.

We believe Investment in Professional Services is essential to build a successful business, as you cannot be an expert in all areas of your business. This is why the LEAPS programme provides grants to business owners to spend on essential support such as accounting, marketiing, IT, Sales, legal, creative or other services your business requires. Small business owners represent over 90% of all businesses in Ireland and are the lifeblood of our economy.

We are looking for Professional Services that a start-up will need and one that will be part of a community for the LEAPS Participants.

ACE Hub Facilities for the Professional Services on site will have access to a pipeline of potential clients and also €3,000 Business Grants from ACE to LEAPS participants to use on Professional Services. Professional Service Providers will have the opportunity to generate or showcase their business to the occupants of the Park. * Important Note – LEAPS Participants are not obliged to use them.


Established in 1995, ACE Enterprise Park is a community development organisation that provides support, training and flexible workspace to small to medium sized businesses. With premises in Bawnogue and Neilstown, we promote and encourage an enterprise culture across the local community.


ACE Enterprise is located in Clondalkin, 5 minutes off the N7 (Junction 2).

ACE Enterprise is a purpose built enterprise park with secure on-site parking.
