Introduction

Introduction

Founded in 1995, Ace Enterprise Park has grown into a cornerstone of business growth and community innovation in South Dublin. What began as a small local initiative has evolved into a vibrant hub where entrepreneurs, social enterprises, and community projects come together to share ideas, build skills, and create long-term local impact.

We are a dynamic community development organisation offering affordable workspace, onsite training, and expert support to start-ups and scaling enterprises. With thriving enterprise hubs in Bawnogue and Neilstown, we foster collaboration that maximises community impact and drives inclusive growth across the region.

Entrepreneurs can access shared culinary and wellness spaces, or secure own-door units for up to three years as their businesses expand. Alongside practical supports, our team provides access to local networks, mentoring, and enterprise programmes that help transform early-stage ideas into sustainable success stories.

Ace's Vision & Mission

Our vision at Ace is to be at the centre of a thriving local community and business environment that is sustainable, inclusive and nurtures the ambition of all. Our mission is to empower our local community by fostering a robust enterprise environment, reducing unemployment and disadvantage through the provision and management of centres for small-to-medium business innovation.

Ace’s vision and mission is rooted in everything we do, with the aim of providing a nurturing homebase for businesses of all shapes and sizes, with an added focus on sustainability and inclusivity. Our locations are more than just workspaces; they are community hubs where collaboration and innovation meet.

By maintaining a supportive and dynamic environment, Ace not only contributes to the growth of individual businesses but also to the prosperity and cohesion of the wider Dublin community.
