We’ve compiled all you need to know to make your visit smooth, enjoyable, and productive, whether you’re here for a day or planning more frequent visits to our facilities.

Before you begin your journey to Ace, it is important to ensure that you check which park you need to visit prior to setting off. 

Is your appointment in our Bawnogue or Neilstown site? Ace Management Staff are based on-site Monday – Friday, 9:30 – 4:30 p.m. in Bawnogue only. Ace’s admin office is located at the rear of the Training Room, which is the building immediately on your left after you enter the park through our blue entry gates.

Members of Ace staff are on-site at Ace Enterprise Park Bawnogue from Monday to Friday between 9:30 – 4:30 p.m. If you need to speak with a certain member of the Ace team, it is best to check their availability beforehand. Contact a Member of the Ace Team here.

Most of the businesses in our centres also operate on an appointment-only basis. Subsequently, we kindly ask that you get in touch with the desired business directly, and ahead of arriving at an Ace Enterprise location. Ace Enterprise Park regularly hosts upskilling, training and networking opportunities in our Training Facilities at Ace Enterprise Park, Bawnogue. Events that are open to the public will be promoted locally as well as on our online booking platform here

Here, you’ll find everything from detailed guides on facility usage to tips on making the most of your membership benefits. Whether you’re looking to network, grow your business, or simply find your way around Ace amenities, these resources are designed to help you harness the full power of Ace Enterprise Park.

The standard process of becoming a member at Ace Enterprise Park is as follows: one must have a membership in order to book any of our Shared Training Spaces or Meeting Rooms. This membership is just €50 / month.
 
The monthly membership with Ace covers the likes of on-site waste management, water, electricity, maintenance team on-site (during typical business hours), free parking, CCTV / secure access, and more. Taken care of by Ace, on behalf of our shared space users.
 
An approved membership for Ace Enterprise Park is contingent on the following. Interested parties must have active business insurance that fits the following criteria:
  1. Public liability insurance limit of indemnity €6.5 million
  2. Ace Enterprise Park to be indemnified under the policy
  3. Employers’ liability insurance, should you have employees

 

Please note that additional criteria must be met to specifically avail of our Shared Therapy Suites or Shared Kitchen in Ace Enterprise Park, Bawnogue. Should this be relevant to your business, an Ace team member will direct you toward next steps.

It is then critical that business insurance, certifications, etc. remain up-to-date and shared with Ace staff for the duration of your membership and operation from our site.

Memberships are able to be cancelled, or paused in special circumstances, at any point in your business journey. The Ace team kindly asks that any required changes to your membership are flagged with a member of our team with one month’s notice.

Members can book consultations by the hour, where she provides expert advice on Google My Business strategies, SEO, social media marketing, content creation, photography, and more. Her insights can transform your digital presence and drive your brand’s success.

Supporting your day-to-day operations, our Facilities Team ensures that your business space is always maintained to the highest standard. Meanwhile, our Operations Team is dedicated to making sure that you, your guests, and prospective clients feel welcomed and comfortable during your time at Bawnogue.

Again, Ace Enterprise Park is home to nearly 70 businesses, each a leader in their own field. Our members often collaborate, taking advantage of the diverse services available within our community. Got questions? We’ve got answers. This comprehensive FAQ section addresses common queries we receive from both members and guests. From basic operational questions to more specific concerns about our services and facilities, this section is designed to provide quick, clear, and helpful information.

You can find directions to both of our locations via Public Transport on our Getting to Ace page. 

Both Ace locations have free parking available, though limited, so spots are managed on a first come, first serve basis. In Bawnogue, there is some additional on-street parking, just out front from our entry gates, as well as a church carpark across the road with extra parking.

All parking is at your own risk, and we respectfully request that you park in a free space carefully to avoid damaging anyone else’s property.

In the first instance it is best to contact our Community & Marketing Manager (kaitlin@acepark.ie), who can then assess and escalate to our wider team.
